Physical activity has been an integral part of my life since I was a child. I've discovered that regular workouts not only strengthen my body but also nourish my mind, enabling me to thrive in every aspect of life. Celebrating fitness as core value led me to my career as a trainer at 24 Hour Fitness in 2015. While I enjoyed the opportunity to learn and grow, the corporate gym world was not right for me. In 2019, I embarked on a new journey to create LuvMe Fitness, driven by my passion to build community-focused workouts and push the boundaries of fitness to new heights.
